Tapping is a self-help tool that makes you feel better. It increases your level of happiness and removes physical and emotional pain. Science has shown it decreases the primary stress hormone, cortisol. It is a non-invasive and safe technique. When you lower your stress levels, you process your negative emotions, let go of the past and stop repeating negative patterns. You can then create the life you have dreamed of.

Are you ready to change your life and shift your internal identity so you can finally do the things you want to do?

Tapping is a quick and effective method to move through limiting beliefs that are part of our identity.

Our body communicates all day long with electric and chemical impulses, these impulses tell the brain what to do. During stress and anxiety situations our brain and body store and may process these signals and stress in the body as alert signals and these get fired as fight, flight or freeze responses. The part of brain is called the amygdala.

When we tap on the meridian points, we are sending a calming message to the amygdala, (the seat of the fight, freeze and flight response) and start to regulate and calm the body. The body feels safe, grounded, and anchored. When we tap, we can retrain our body and brain to respond in a different way. We have choices to be who we want to be. We can make a shift to be the best versions of ourselves.

Certified HeartMath Practitioner

The HeartMath research centre has explored the physiological mechanism by which the heart and brain communicate and how the activity of the heart influences our emotions, health, and intuition. By using breathing techniques, we can build resilience, ease, and coherence in our life.

Heart based living is a simple phrase which suggests that we are including our ‘intuitive feelings’, along with our minds when making choices and decisions that shape our life’s direction and happiness following your heart is learning to step into the wisdom of your heart.

Heart based living includes practicing the qualities of the heart, such as love, compassion, kindness, patience, forgiveness, cooperation and more of these similar qualities. It is an intelligent way of living that would reduce most of the stress, separation and greed which drives major problems that keep u from getting along with each other.

As a HeartMath Practitioner, I can help you navigate through these unprecedented times and live a more heart directed life. I can help you experience a more harmonious relationship and increased happiness and effectiveness at home or in the workplace.
